Return Policy:
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition, and all tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise within 10 days of receipt of purchase. The denim loft does not refund handling and shipping cost. Please email customerservice@thedenimloft.com to request a return authorization number.

All sales are final on sale and clearance merchandise, jewelry, handbags and shoes.

 

To return or exchange:
Pack in the original package if possible and send by secured or trackable method. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped to The Denim Loft. Please include the original receipt in your package.

All in-store purchase returns are for store credit only. You may return for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt date.

Shipment Tracking:
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number when shipment is sent. Please allow 2 business days for shipment notification.

Item Availability:
We update this website nightly, however occasionally an item maybe sold out or unavailable at the time you place your order. In this case, we will contact you via email.

Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. Your order will be processed the next business day.
